Founded by Ryan & Gracie , Rocksta Nails was born out of a passion for adding a touch of bling and sparkle to the nail community. Returns and Refund Policy

At Rocksta Nails ,we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

 

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

In the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or documentation.

 

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to:

 

Personal hygiene items cosmetics or open & used items.

 

Sale or clearance items.

 

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, the time for the refund to be processed may vary.

 

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for:

 

Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery.

 

 

Exchanges

 

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at Rockstanails@outlook.com

,We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

 

Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

For exchanges or returns on defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
